CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — They are a blank pages of a gathering story line, ideas and initiatives once prominently featured in President Barack Obama’s agenda.

Climate change. Economic stimulus. The large bank bailout famous as TARP. The impulse and a bailout sojourn politically unwholesome while regulatory remedies for meridian change have receded as a priority in a bad economy.

All 3 were executive elements of possibly Obama’s final debate or his initial years in office. But during a Democratic National Convention, they hardly rate a mention, even as they element or undergird some of a president’s tip process goals: shoring adult a economy, reversing a financial predicament and achieving appetite independence.
