Fidel Castro, rumored to have suffered a debilitating cadence or maybe to have died, sent a summary to a universe on Monday: "I don't even remember what a headache feels like." So pronounced an essay underneath his name, cheekily patrician "Fidel Castro Is Dying" and published on a state Web site Cubadebate, accompanied by several photographs that seemed to have been taken recently. In one, he is shown holding a duplicate of Friday's emanate of a state newspaper, Granma. Mr. Castro pronounced he had been traffic with untruths widespread by a "imperialist propaganda" appurtenance given a Bay of Pigs advance in 1961.
