NEW YORK/REHOBOTH BEACH, Delaware (Reuters) – Sandy, one of a biggest storms to strike a United States, battered a easterly seashore on Tuesday, flooding vast tools of New York City, bringing ride to a hindrance and interrupting a presidential campaign.
