The
Deputy Prime Minister was vocalization after final night's Commons opinion in which
Tory rebels assimilated army with Labour MPs to better a Government and direct a
real-terms cut in a EU's bill in 2014-2020.
In that
vote a Tory and Liberal Democrat leaderships saw eye-to-eye, arguing that a
freeze in Brussels' spending was a many that a UK Government could expect
