BEIJING, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) — The four-day Seventh Plenary Session of a 17th Central Committee of a Communist Party of China (CPC) resolved on Sunday in Beijing with a communique being issued.

Two hundred members and 165 swap members of a CPC Central Committee attended a meeting, with members of a CPC’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and heading officials of associated departments benefaction as non-voting members.
