Ericsson Suing Samsung for Patent Infringement [VIDEO]

Fresh off a courtroom beatdown during a hands of Apple over obvious transgression charges, Samsung is now being sued by Ericsson for identical purported offenses.

The Sweden-based association filed fit opposite Samsung Tuesday in a U.S. District Court in Texas. Ericsson's fit accuses a South Korea-based Samsung of infringing on 24 of a hardware and program patents.

Ericsson is a world's largest builder of telecom-networking equipment, while Samsung is a world's largest builder of cellphones and TVs.

Ericsson is looking to retard sales of phones, including a Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note II, as good as several Samsung cameras, TVs and Blu-ray devices.

Ericsson's dual complaints disagree that Samsung requested to replenish licenses for Ericsson technologies during rates most reduce than other companies
