In his Thanksgiving Day Address, President Obama urged Americans to use a holiday to come together after a "passionate" debate season. "Thanksgiving is a possibility to put it all in perspective—to remember that, notwithstanding a differences, we are, and always will be, Americans initial and foremost," he said, adding, "Today we give interjection for blessings that are all too singular in this world." He also pronounced that Americans are a "bold, generous, big-hearted people," as a liberation efforts after Hurricane Sandy showed. "When a brothers and sisters are in need, we hurl adult a sleeves and get to work—not for a approval or a reward, though since it's a right thing to do," he said.
