South Africa are stability to challenge a contingency on Day Five of a second Test with Australia, with a home side still wanting 6 wickets in a final dual sessions to win.

The Proteas have total only 49 runs to their overnight total, though some-more importantly, a daring span AB de Villiers (30no, 207 balls) and Faf du Plessis (49no, 177 balls) are still occupying a crease.
