Q&A: PPI claims - how high could they go?

The UK’s banking attention faces a staggering check for a past mis-selling of remuneration word insurance (PPI).

As of 1 Nov 2012, a volume set aside by 14 banks, building societies and credit label firms stood during £12.3bn.

The biggest check is being shouldered by a Lloyds banking group, during only underneath £5.3bn so far.
