Rebels Draw Fire for Alleged Execution

BEIRUT—The United Nations and human-rights groups indicted Syrian rebels of committing probable fight crimes after video footage display a supposed outline execution of prisoner supervision soldiers drew world-wide condemnation.

“It will be examined carefully,” Rupert Colville, a orator for a U.N.’s Geneva-based Human Rights Council pronounced Friday about a video, that initial flush on Thursday.

“The allegations are that these were soldiers who were no longer combatants. And therefore, during this indicate it looks really expected that this is a fight crime, another one,” he said.
