Lake Ellsworth Antarctic drilling project called off

An desirous goal to cavalcade by Antarctic ice to a lake that has been hermetic off for thousands of years has been cut short.

The British speed was attempting to strech Lake Ellsworth, that lies over 3km (1.8 miles) next a ice, to see if it contained justification of ancient life on Earth.

A technical problem meant that a dual gimlet holes unsuccessful to bond and a plan was suspended.
