Obama, Democrats winning over public on 'fiscal cliff'

WASHINGTON — Americans are increasingly puzzled that Congress and a White House will strech a bill understanding as a deadline to a “fiscal cliff” approaches, according a new poll, yet some-more pronounced they still consider a concede will eventually be shaped out of a fight.
 
According to Gallup, only 50% of those polled pronounced they consider President Obama and Congress are during slightest rather expected to strech a bill compromise, down from a high of 59% on Dec. 9. An augmenting number, 48%, pronounced they see no fortitude before a deadline of Jan. 1.
