In a video address, a Prime Minister concurred that 2012 was "tough", with many families anticipating it formidable to make ends meet, and certified he had "no discerning fixes" to a UK's mercantile problems.
But he cited justification of "real progress" on slicing a state deficit, reforming gratification and improving propagandize standards, that he pronounced was scheming Britain to attain in a "global race" with rising mercantile giants like China and India for a jobs and opportunities of a future.
