TV star Jeremy Kyle, who is recovering from cancer, is “overwhelmed” by the thousands of messages of support from his fans.
They have posted comments on the internet wishing the chat show host well after he was treated for testicular cancer.
The 47-year-old presenter, who is recuperating abroad, is expected to return to work next week to film new shows.
A statement from his ITV daytime programme on Twitter said: “Thank you for all the messages of support.
“It really does mean the world to Jeremy and he’s been overwhelmed by the response.”
The star was diagnosed with cancer just before Christmas.
After an operation and chemotherapy treatment, he is now said to be “on the mend”.
Comments by fans on his programme’s Facebook page included one from Liz Naylor who said:
