STEPHANIE SMAIL: More than 30,000 people have been diagnosed with HIV in Australia.

Without diagnosis they will rise AIDS.

But scientists during a Queensland Institute of Medical Research contend they’ve detected a manly diagnosis to strengthen people opposite a lethal disease.
