U.K. Stocks Are Little Changed; Imperial Tobacco Declines

U.K. bonds were small altered near
a 4 1/2-year high before a news that might uncover a U.S.
economy, a largest trade partner, grew during a weakest pace
in roughly dual years in a fourth quarter.

Imperial Tobacco Group Plc (IMT), Europe's second-biggest tobacco
