Police have charged a teen whose detain has sparked allegations of military savagery during Sydney’s Mardi Gras celebrations.

A video posted on YouTube shows a policeman throwing a handcuffed 18-year-old to a belligerent and putting a feet into his behind after a march on Oxford Street
