Politician Eric Joyce has been arrested following a late-night fight during a bar in a House of Commons final night, sources have said.
The eccentric MP for Falkirk was hold after a occurrence during a Sports and Social Club bar.
A Metropolitan military orator said: “Police were called shortly before 10.30pm this dusk to reports of a reeling during a bar within a House of Commons.
“Officers attended and a male in his 50s was arrested in tie with this incident. He stays in control and inquiries continue.”
Joyce quiescent from a Labour celebration after headbutting Tory rivals Stuart Andrew and Ben Maney in a prior occurrence in a Commons bar final February.
