The Prime Minister sent Oliver Letwin as a usually Conservative deputy during late-night talks on a new Press law understanding – unknowingly that debate organisation Hacked Off would also be present.

Cabinet Office apportion Mr Letwin concluded to go to Labour personality Ed Miliband's offices in a House of Commons late on Sunday to rubber stamp a Royal Charter deal.
