SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) — Authorities contend a private jet apparently experiencing automatic difficulty has crashed in a area nearby South Bend Regional Airport, ensuing in injuries.

Federal Aviation Administration orator Roland Herwig says a Beechcraft Premier we twin-jet had left Tulsa’s Riverside Airport and crashed in South Bend about 4:15 p.m.

Herwig says there’s “an denote of a automatic problem.” He says injuries resulted from a pile-up though he doesn’t know if they occurred on a aircraft or on a ground. He says he doesn’t know how many people were aboard a jet.
