KIGALI, Rwanda – The supervision of Rwanda says warlord Bosco Ntaganda, who was formerly on a run in adjacent Congo, has incited himself in to a United States Embassy in Kigali, a collateral of Rwanda.
Government mouthpiece Louise Mushikiwabo pronounced in a matter that “new information indicates that Gen. Bosco Ntanganda has reported to a U.S. Embassy in Kigali this Monday morning.”
