TIM PALMER: Suspended exam cricketer Shane Watson has strike behind during suggestions he’s not a group player.

The Australian clamp captain arrived behind in Australia final night after quitting a debate of India only hours after he was stood aside from a 3rd test.

He insisted he hadn’t stormed out of a debate and addressed conjecture over his attribute with captain Michael Clarke.

AM’s Martin Cuddihy was during Sydney International Airport final night when Shane Watson got home.
