Munich — Syria is a world's many bullheaded and dangerous problem. But dual ideas emerged on a sidelines of a Munich Security Conference that could pull Russia into a some-more constructive purpose in elucidate a crisis, rather than permitting it to sojourn an obstructionist bystander.
