TODAY’s Al Roker reports from Connecticut where a nor’easter barreled by a Northeast segment already scorched by Superstorm Sandy, bringing pulsation roller and complicated soppy sleet and rain.
Residents opposite a Northeast woke adult Thursday to some-more than 100,000 new energy outages and record early sleet from a nor’easter that struck only 10 days after Superstorm Sandy smashed a region.
“We’re right behind to a same situation,” Kirk Walker of Hackensack, N.J., told NBCNewYork.com after energy went out for a third time during his home given Sandy struck.
“They pronounced it was gonna be a severe winter,” Walker added. “Sign of things to come, we guess.”
The series of new outages was estimated during between 110,000 and 120,000 homes and businesses, according to NBC.
