Springsteen, Bon Jovi sing to aid Sandy victims

NEW YORK (Reuters) – New Jersey locals Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi assimilated Sting, Christina Aguilera and other song stars on Friday in a televised advantage unison to lift supports for victims of Sandy, a hulk charge that killed some-more than 100 and ravaged vast sections of a U.S. Northeast.

The commercial-free one-hour telecast, “Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together,” enclosed appearances by Billy Joel, Jimmy Fallon, Steven Tyler, Mary J. Blige, Tina Fey, Jon Stewart, Whoopi Goldberg, Danny DeVito and NBC News’ Brian Williams. “Today” uncover co-anchor Matt Lauer was host.
